Basically you want % type runes in slots 2, 4, and 6 unless you are using speed in slot 2 which doesn’t come in a % rune. You want to focus on the monster’s strengths when placing runes. If you see that a monster has high natural attack and has aoe skills then you can be pretty sure att% in slot 2 and 4 is what you need.
